Aiming at the complex gas pollution problem in landfills, the FT-EC09A Odor Monitoring System achieves precise monitoring through systematic design. The device adopts a compact integrated structure with a protection level of IP53 or above, adapting to the harsh environment of high temperature, high humidity, and high dust in landfills, ensuring 7×24-hour normal operation.
The core detection module is equipped with multiple sensors such as electrochemical and photoionization (PID) sensors, which can simultaneously monitor more than 10 types of gases including ammonia, styrene, and hydrogen sulfide. The indicators are comprehensive, meeting the requirements of GB14554 standards.
The device features a modular design, and key components such as sensors and communication modules support hot-swappable replacement. Routine maintenance only requires zero-point calibration every quarter and sensor replacement every 1-2 years, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
The FT-EC09A is equipped with a 7-inch true-color liquid crystal touch screen, clearly displaying all real-time monitoring data and system working status. It can also present historical concentration curves, showing data changes and component proportions in intuitive chart forms to promptly detect abnormal emissions of odorous gases. It supports multiple communication methods for flexible networking.
Currently, the FT-EC09A is widely used in waste treatment sites such as landfills, waste incineration plants, and waste transfer stations, providing important basis for environmental protection departments and related enterprises to timely understand the pollution status of landfills and formulate treatment plans.
