The Automatic Soil Monitoring System is an integrated system for real-time monitoring of soil temperature and moisture. The system consists of soil temperature and humidity sensors, a remote GPRS data collector, a central server, and a user interface that can be accessed by the user through an Android mobile app or a web-based terminal.
The remote collector automatically collects and uploads soil data through the GPRS network and sends out an alarm when the data is out of the preset range.
