1.Duct Air Velocity Sensor Product Overview
Duct Air Velocity Sensor mainly for duct wind speed measurement, the shell and impeller are made of stainless steel material, with good corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.Duct Air Velocity Sensor is a wind speed measuring instrument independently developed and produced by our company.It consists of a housing, an impeller and a circuit module, and integrates a photoelectric conversion mechanism, an industrial microcomputer processor, a standard current generator, a current driver, etc.(This product has two types of pure stainless steel and plastic blades for customers to choose from)
The sensor housing and impeller are made of stainless steel, using a special mold precision die-casting process, with very small dimensional tolerances and high surface accuracy.The internal circuits are protected, and the entire sensor has high strength, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and waterproofness.The cable connector is a military plug with good corrosion and erosion resistance, which can ensure the long-term use of the instrument.At the same time, the imported bearing system inside the wind speed sensor is used to ensure the accuracy of wind speed collection.
The circuit PCB adopts military-grade A-grade materials to ensure the stability of parameters and the quality of electrical performance; the electronic components adopt imported industrial-grade chips, which makes the whole have extremely reliable anti-electromagnetic interference ability, and can ensure that the host can work normally in the range of -30℃~+60℃ and humidity 35%~85% (no condensation).

This product can be widely used in the fields of engineering machinery (cranes, crawler cranes, gantry cranes, tower cranes, etc.), railways, ports, docks, power plants, meteorology, cableways, environment, greenhouses, breeding, air conditioning, energy-saving monitoring, agriculture, medical treatment, clean spaces, etc.to measure wind speed and output corresponding signals.
