1.Iron Analyzer Principle
Iron Analyzer is an analyzer used to measure or control the concentration of dissolved iron in water by spectrophotometry to determine the total iron content in water.The water sample is injected into the digestion tank through the sampling system, and the acidic reagent is added. The mixed sample is then heated to 95°C to dissolve the suspended iron. Secondly, the buffer is injected and adjusted to a suitable pH value for reduction, reducing the trivalent iron to divalent iron. Finally, the color developer is added, and the iron ions and the color developer form a purple complex. The absorbance of the complex is then measured at a specified wavelength using a colorimeter to calculate the total iron content.
