1.Principle of Hexavalent Chromium Analysis
Hexavalent Chromium Analysis uses a spectrophotometer to measure the absorbance value of the reactant, thereby obtaining the content of hexavalent chromium.This product uses diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method for determination. After the water sample and the regulator are mixed, hexavalent chromium reacts with the indicator in an acidic environment and in the presence of an indicator to generate a colored complex. The analyzer detects the change in color and converts this change into a hexavalent chromium value for output. The amount of the generated colored complex is equivalent to the amount of hexavalent chromium.
