Road Surface Monitoring is an automatic road monitoring device designed and developed to enhance road safety and traffic management during adverse weather changes.Road Surface Monitoring uses remote sensing technology to avoid damage to roads, thus preventing traffic disruption caused by installing road weather stations.
In road conditions where buried road sensors are inconvenient or impossible to install, remote sensing installation means that there is no need to close the road or cut the road surface, and the installation work is safe and convenient. It requires little maintenance and is an ideal choice in the composition of road weather systems.
It can be installed on an existing weather station or on other buildings with an unobstructed view of the road.
Multispectral measurement technology enables accurate detection of the thickness of ice, snow and water on the road surface.
By providing road condition information, accurate monitoring data is provided to road management departments, allowing them to take response measures before road safety is in danger.
