Road Surface Condition can measure the thickness of water, ice and snow from a distance, which is an advanced road traffic monitoring equipment.The road condition monitoring station uses remote sensing technology to avoid damage to the road, thus preventing interference with traffic caused by installing a road weather station.
In road conditions where buried road sensors are inconvenient or impossible to install, remote sensing installation means that there is no need to close the road or cut the road surface, and the installation work is safe and convenient. It requires little maintenance and is an ideal choice in the composition of road weather systems.
It can be installed on an existing weather station or on other buildings with an unobstructed view of the road.
Multispectral measurement technology enables accurate detection of the thickness of ice, snow and water on the road surface.
By providing road condition information, accurate monitoring data is provided to road management departments, allowing them to take response measures before road safety is in danger.
