2.Particulate Monitor Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Unit
The temperature and humidity monitoring unit is composed of two conductors of different materials to form a closed loop.When there is a temperature gradient at both ends, current will flow through the loop, and there will be an electromotive force between the two ends at this time - thermoelectric electromotive force.The two homogeneous conductors of different components are thermocouples.The end with higher temperature is the working end, and the end with lower temperature is the free end.When the temperature of the measured medium at the working end changes, the thermoelectric potential changes accordingly.The thermoelectric potential is sent to the computer for processing to obtain the temperature value.The humidity monitoring unit is generally made of polymer film capacitors.When the ambient humidity changes, the dielectric constant of the humidity-sensitive capacitor changes, causing its capacitance to change as well, thereby obtaining the humidity.
The product uses a standard 35mm rail, industrial-grade chips, and high-precision temperature and humidity probes to ensure the product's excellent reliability, high precision, and interchangeability.It uses an RS485 hardware interface (with lightning protection design), and the protocol layer is compatible with the standard industrial Modbus-Rtu protocol.It is compatible with various host platforms (PC software, touch screen, PLC, KingView).

3.Particulate Monitor wind speed and direction monitoring unit
The wind speed and direction sensor (transmitter) uses a high-precision magnetic sensitive chip inside, and uses a low-inertia light metal wind vane to respond to wind direction, with good dynamic characteristics.The meteorological wind speed sensor (transmitter) adopts the traditional three-cup meteorological wind speed sensor structure.The wind cup is made of carbon fiber material, which has high strength and good start-up.The built-in signal processing unit in the cup can output the corresponding wind speed signal according to user needs.It can be widely used in meteorology, ocean, environment, airports, ports, laboratories, industrial and agricultural transportation and other fields.
4.Particulate Monitor Noise Sensor
The noise sensor has a built-in condenser electret microphone that is sensitive to sound.Sound waves cause the electret film in the microphone to vibrate, resulting in a change in capacitance, which generates a corresponding small voltage.This voltage is then converted into a 0-5V voltage, which is received by the data collector through A/D conversion and transmitted to the monitoring chip.
