1.Total Nitrogen Analyzer Principle (Resorcinol Method)
Total Nitrogen Analyzer is used to quickly and accurately detect the total nitrogen content in surface water, groundwater, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.In an alkaline medium at 120°C, potassium persulfate is used as an oxidant to convert not only ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water into nitrate, but also most of the organic nitrogen into nitrate. The absorbance is then measured at a specific wavelength using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
