1.Principle of Online COD Analyzer
Online COD Analyzer uses potassium dichromate method for high temperature digestion, and uses photometric method to measure sample absorbance for analysis and determination.A quantitative amount of potassium dichromate solution is added to the sample. In a strong acidic medium, silver sulfate is used as a catalyst. The chloride ion concentration is reduced by a unique dilution injection technique, and a combined masking agent is used to mask high-concentration chloride ions. After high-temperature and high-pressure digestion, the COD concentration value is determined by spectrophotometry.
