1.Product Introduction of Insect Monitoring System
Insect monitoring system uses modern light, electricity, numerical control, wireless transmission, Internet technology to build a set of insect monitoring and early warning system.
Name:Insect monitoring system

Main purpose: To analyze and predict the occurrence and development of insect pests, provide services for modern agriculture, and meet the needs of insect prediction and specimen collection.
Working principle: Using modern light, electricity, numerical control and other technologies, it realizes the functions of trapping insects, killing insects at high temperature, conveyor belt transportation, automatic operation of the whole lamp, etc. In the case of no supervision, it can automatically complete the system operations such as luring insects, killing insects, dispersing insects, taking pictures, transporting, collecting, and draining. Then, it uses wireless transmission technology and Internet of Things technology to upload environmental weather and pest conditions to the designated agricultural cloud platform in real time.

Insecticide device: The far-infrared insect treatment chamber has two layers, the lethality rate is not less than 98%, and the insect completion rate is not less than 95%. After the far-infrared insect treatment chamber works for 15 minutes, the temperature can reach 85℃±5℃.
HD camera: This device supports 500W pixel camera, which is plug-in and easy to replace on site. The camera can collect the insect situation on the conveyor belt in real time, and the image clarity can meet the requirements of manual identification of insect species.
Main control system: The main control system can provide Bluetooth APP configuration tools and support Bluetooth contactless configuration. It supports changing the device working mode and independently controlling the startup and operation of each component of the device. It supports remote program upgrades, base station positioning, automatic time calibration, and parameter setting through Bluetooth configuration APP.
Communication mode: support 4G communication, optional Ethernet RJ45 communication.
Mechanical components: The interior of the box contains insect rain baffles, insecticidal baffles, drying baffles, vibration devices, insect moving devices, fill lights, cameras and other mechanical devices and control execution equipment.
The vibration device of the Insect monitoring system can vibrate the trapped insects, so that they are evenly scattered and spread on the conveyor belt, avoiding insect accumulation and ensuring that each insect feature can be clearly photographed. Combined with the platform software AI analysis and recognition system, it can ensure that insects trapped in different time periods are not confused.
Rain control technology: The on-site weather conditions are detected through rain and snow sensors. The system will operate normally when there is no rain or snow, and stop operating when there is rain or snow. After identifying the rain and snow weather, the opening and closing direction of the insect-rain baffle is controlled to achieve insect-rain separation.
Light control technology: The light sensor detects the light intensity on site and is not affected by instantaneous strong light. When the light intensity is less than the program setting value, the control device operates normally; when the light intensity is greater than the program setting value, the control device stops operating.
Time control technology: you can set the work start time, working time, single working cycle time, insect attractant light on time, delayed on time after rain, etc.
Working mode: supports automatic working mode, manual working mode, and supports working mode switching.
Automatic working mode workflow: Flying insects are attracted by the insect-attracting light source → enter the blinds → hit the impact plate → fall into the insect-killing chamber after the collision → the insects are killed by the high temperature in the insect-killing chamber → the insect-killing baffle flips → the insect corpses fall into the drying chamber → the drying chamber is dried at high temperature, and after the drying is completed → the drying baffle flips → the insect corpses fall on the vibration plate → the vibration plate starts → the insect corpses are spread flat on the conveyor belt → the conveyor belt transports the flying insect corpses to the camera → take pictures → upload pictures to the server.
Manual working mode introduction: Supports controlling the operation of each mechanical component through Bluetooth configuration APP, cloud platform, and insect monitoring APP.
4.Insect monitoring system installation method:
1. Choose a good installation location for the insect detection cabinet, prefabricate a flat hard cement platform as far in advance as possible, and then drill holes according to the fixed size of the base.
2. Use the expansion screws in the accessories to install them into the 8 holes.
3. Align the eight expansion screw holes of the four raised weld feet at the bottom of the equipment support column, and tighten them with a wrench.
5. Insect monitoring system:
1. The insect monitoring platform can be logged in and managed by different accounts according to different permissions, and at least 8 accounts with different permissions can be allocated.
2. The insect monitoring platform can remotely view the current working status of each component of the Insect monitoring system, and the status can be stored and the historical records can be viewed.

4. The insect monitoring platform has statistical charts of pest types and quantity changes by region and time, including bar charts and line charts.
